Krzysztof Walczewski

Uro­dzo­ny w 1950 r. w miej­sco­wo­ści Sero­kom­la na Lubelsz­czyź­nie. W 1969 r. ukoń­czył Pań­stwo­we Liceum Sztuk Pla­stycz­nych w Lubli­nie, a w 1977 r. – Wydział Sztuk Pięk­nych Uni­wer­sy­te­tu Miko­ła­ja Koper­ni­ka w Toru­niu, gdzie zdo­był dyplom w zakre­sie malar­stwa i peda­go­gi­ki arty­stycz­nej w pra­cow­ni prof. Mie­czy­sła­wa Wiśniewskiego.

Pra­co­wał m. in. w Biu­rze Wystaw Arty­stycz­nych w Toru­niu, a od ponad dwu­dzie­stu lat – w Gale­rii Sztu­ki Współ­cze­snej we Wło­cław­ku, jako orga­ni­za­tor i kura­tor wystaw oraz pro­wa­dzą­cy dzia­łal­ność edu­ka­cyj­ną dzie­ci i młodzieży.

Od wie­lu lat pro­wa­dzi samo­dziel­ną dzia­łal­ność twór­czą, godząc ją z pra­cą zawo­do­wą. Reali­zu­je się twór­czo w szcze­gól­nie trud­nej gałę­zi malar­stwa, jaką jest akwarela.

Brał udział w kil­ku­dzie­się­ciu wysta­wach zbio­ro­wych i indy­wi­du­al­nych Pol­sce i za gra­ni­cą, m. in. w Klu­bie "ODNOWA" w Toru­niu, Ośrod­ku Infor­ma­cji i Kul­tu­ry Pol­skiej w Ber­li­nie, Gale­rii Biu­ra Wystaw Arty­stycz­nych w Toru­niu, Gale­rii Pra­cow­ni Sztuk Pla­stycz­nych w Toru­niu, Gale­rii w Realin­gen k./Oslo, Gale­rii Pra­cow­ni Sztuk Pla­stycz­nych we Wło­cław­ku, Gale­rii Biu­ra Wystaw Arty­stycz­nych w Sie­ra­dzu, w Muzeum Wisły w Tcze­wie, w Muzeum Okrę­go­wym w Toru­niu, w Gale­rii "Wozow­nia" w Toru­niu, w Gale­rii Sztu­ki Współ­cze­snej we Włocławku.

Jego pra­ce były nagra­dza­ne i wyróż­nia­ne, m. in. w kon­kur­sie malar­skim "Wło­cław­skie Impre­sje" orga­ni­zo­wa­nym przez DKTK Wło­cła­wek, w ogól­no­pol­skiej wysta­wie "Akwa­re­la znad Wisły" w PGSW we Wło­cław­ku, w kon­kur­sie "Dzie­ło Roku 1996" orga­ni­zo­wa­nym przez Zarząd Okrę­gu Związ­ku Pol­skich Arty­stów Pla­sty­ków w Toru­niu i Muzeum Okrę­go­we w Toru­niu, w kon­kur­sie malar­skim "Pej­zaż Kujaw­sko-Dobrzyń­ski" w  GSW we Wło­cław­ku. W 1996 r. otrzy­mał dyplom i nagro­dę Woje­wo­dy Wło­cław­skie­go za wie­lo­let­nią pra­cę twór­czą i upo­wszech­nia­nie twór­czo­ści arty­stycz­nej wśród dzie­ci i młodzieży.

Ucznio­wie Krzysz­to­fa Wal­czew­skie­go z powo­dze­niem kon­ty­nu­ują naukę na kie­run­kach arty­stycz­nych, histo­rycz­nych i architekturze.

Akwa­re­le Krzysz­to­fa Wal­czew­skie­go repro­du­ko­wa­ne były w kalen­da­rzach ścien­nych i jako część ilu­stra­cyj­na w albu­mie foto­gra­ficz­no-przy­rod­ni­czym o Gostyń­sko-Wło­cław­skim Par­ku Kra­jo­bra­zo­wym, zaś arty­ku­ły popu­la­ry­zu­ją­ce sztu­kę – w mie­sięcz­ni­ku peda­go­gicz­nym "Pla­sty­ka w szko­le" oraz w mie­sięcz­ni­ku "Życie Włocławka".

 

Born in 1950 in the vil­la­ge of Sero­kom­la, Poland. In 1969 he gra­du­ated High Scho­ol Of Fine Arts in Lublin and in 1977  – Fine Arts Facul­ty in the Nico­laus Coper­ni­cus Uni­ver­si­ty in Toruń, whe­re he achie­ved a diplo­ma in sco­pe of Pain­ting and Arti­stic Edu­ca­tion in Pro­fes­sors Mie­czy­sław Wiśniew­ski workshop.

Krzysz­tof Wal­czew­ski wor­ked in the Bure­au of Arti­stic Exhi­bi­tions in Toruń and for twen­ty years in the Gal­le­ry Of Modern Art in Wło­cła­wek as an orga­ni­zer and as a cura­tor of exhi­bi­tions. He also leads edu­ca­tio­nal acti­vi­ty of chil­dren and youth.

For many years he con­ducts cre­ati­ve acti­vi­ty along­si­de full time job. He ful­fills one­self in an expli­ci­tly dif­fi­cult branch of pain­ting which is watercolor.

He par­ti­ci­pa­ted in seve­ral dozen of gro­up and indi­vi­du­al exhi­bi­tions in Poland and abro­ad for exam­ple in "ODNOWA" club in Toruń, Cen­ter of Infor­ma­tion and Polish Cul­tu­re in Ber­lin, Gal­le­ry of the Bure­au of Arti­stic Exhi­bi­tions in Toruń, Gal­le­ry of Fine Arts Work­shop in Toruń, Gal­le­ry in Realin­ger near Oslo, Gal­le­ry of Fine Arts Work­shop in Wło­cła­wek, Gal­le­ry of the Bure­au of Arti­stic Exhi­bi­tions in Sie­radz, The Vistu­la Museum in Tczew, The District Museum in Toruń, The "Wozow­nia" Gal­le­ry in Toruń, Gal­le­ry of Modern Arts in Włocławek.

His works were rewar­ded and distin­gu­ished i.e. in pain­ting con­test „Wloc­la­vian Impres­sions” orga­ni­sed by DKTK Wło­cła­wek, in natio­nal exhi­bi­tion „Water­co­lors from Vistu­la” in PGSW in Wło­cła­wek, in con­test „Work of the year 1996” orga­ni­sed by The Coun­cil of District of the Union of Polish Visu­al Arti­sts in Toruń and District Museum in Toruń, pain­ting con­test „Kuy­avian-Dobrzy­nian Land­sca­pe” in Gal­le­ry Of Modern Art in Wło­cła­wek. In 1996 he was awar­ded with a diplo­ma and Wło­cła­vian Voivo­de pri­ze for peren­nial cre­ati­ve work and popu­la­ri­za­tion of cre­ati­vi­ty and cul­tu­re among chil­dren and youth.

Krzysz­tof Walczewski's stu­dents con­ti­nue the­ir edu­ca­tion with suc­cess in fields of art, histo­ry and archi­tec­tu­re. His water­co­lor pain­tings were repro­du­ced on wall calen­dars and as an illu­stra­ti­ve part in pho­to­gra­phic album abo­ut Gosty­nin-Wło­cła­wek Land­sca­pe Park, Artic­les popu­la­ri­zing art were publi­shed in mon­th­ly jour­nals – „Fine Arts in Scho­ol” and „Life of Wło­cła­wek”.

Gebo­ren im Jahr 1950 in Sero­kom­la, in der Umge­bung von Lublin (Polen). Abso­lvent der Sta­atli­chen Kun­sto­ber­schu­le in Lublin. Stu­dium an der Fakul­tät für Bil­den­de Kunst an der Niko­laus-Koper­ni­kus-Uni­ver­si­tät in Thorn. Diplo­mar­be­it im Jahr 1977 im Bere­ich Male­rei und Kun­st­päda­go­gik im Ate­lier von Prof. Mie­czy­sław Wiśniewski.

Er arbe­ite­te u.a. im Büro für Kun­staus­stel­lun­gen in Thorn. Seit über 20 Jah­ren ist er in der Gale­rie für Zeit­ge­nös­si­sche Kunst in Wło­cła­wek als Veran­stal­ter und Kura­tor von Aus­stel­lun­gen tätig. Der Kün­stler leistet auch Bil­dung­sar­be­it für Kin­der und Jugendliche.

Seit vie­len Jah­ren übt Krzysz­tof Wal­czew­ski eige­ne kün­stle­ri­sche Tätig­ke­it aus, die er mit der Beru­fsar­be­it erfol­gre­ich in Ein­klang bringt. Er ver­wir­klicht sich kün­stle­risch als Aqu­arel­list, obwohl die­ser Kun­st­zwe­ig äußerst schwie­rig sei.

Er nahm an zahl­re­ichen indi­vi­du­el­len und Grup­pe­naus­stel­lun­gen im In- und Ausland teil. Darun­ter – um nur eini­ge zu nen­nen – im Klub „Od Nowa“ in Thorn, im Polni­schen Insti­tut in Ber­lin, in der Gale­rie des Büros für Kun­staus­stel­lun­gen in Thorn, in der Gale­rie des Kun­st­stu­dios in Thorn, in der Gale­rie in Realin­gen bei Oslo, in der Gale­rie des Kun­st­stu­dios in Wło­cła­wek, in der Gale­rie des Büros für Kun­staus­stel­lun­gen in Sie­radz, im Weich­sel­mu­seum in Tczew, im Bez­irk­smu­seum in Thorn, in der Gale­rie „Wozow­nia“ in Thorn und in der Gale­rie für Zeit­ge­nös­si­sche Kunst in Włocławek.

Für sein Werk ist er schon mehr­fach aus­ge­ze­ich­net wor­den, u.a. im Mal­wet­t­be­werb „Impres­sio­nen von Wło­cła­wek“, orga­ni­siert von der Kul­tur­ge­sel­l­schaft Kuja­wien-Dobrin in Wło­cła­wek, in der gesamt­pol­ni­schen Aus­stel­lung „Aqu­arell an der Weich­sel“ in der Gale­rie für Zeit­ge­nös­si­sche Kunst in Wło­cła­wek, im Wet­t­be­werb „Das Werk des Jah­res 1996“, veran­stal­tet vom Bez­irk­svor­stand des Ver­ban­des der Polni­schen Bil­den­den Kün­stler in Thorn und das Bez­irk­smu­seum in Thorn, im Mal­wet­t­be­werb „Land­schaft Kuja­wien-Dobrin“ in der Gale­rie für Zeit­ge­nös­si­sche Kunst in Wło­cła­wek. Krzysz­tof Wal­czew­ski erwarb 1996 den Pre­is des Woiwo­den von Wło­cła­wek für das lan­gjäh­ri­ge kün­stle­ri­sche Schaf­fen und die Ver­bre­itung der kün­stle­ri­schen Leistun­gen unter Kin­dern und Jugendlichen.

Die Schüler von Krzysz­tof Wal­czew­ski set­zen mit Erfolg ihren Bil­dung­sweg an  kün­stle­ri­schen und histo­ri­schen Stu­dien­gän­gen oder an der Archi­tek­tur­fa­kul­tät fort.

Eini­ge Repro­duk­tio­nen von seinen Aqu­arel­len wur­den in Wand­ka­len­dern und eben­so als Illu­stra­tio­nen im Foto­al­bum über den Land­scha­ft­spark Gosty­nin-Wło­cła­wek ver­wen­det. Die Kunst ver­bre­iten­den Arti­kel vom Aqu­arel­l­ma­ler fin­det man hin­ge­gen in der päda­go­gi­schen Monat­sze­it­schrift „Kunst in der Schu­le“ und in der Monat­sze­it­schrift „Das Leben von Włocławek“.
